Simple recipe for a healthy cake without sugar: Lilac Cream Cake

For the base:

  • 2 cups of almonds
  • 10 soft dates
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Using the food processor, grind the almonds until they turn into a flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together well. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and press lightly. Set the shape to the side.

For the cake:

  • 2 cups cashew nuts, soaked
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup lilac blossoms (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 8-10 drops of liquid stevia
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

The preparation:
