For this classic waffle recipe you only need the following ingredients:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 400 ml whole milk
  • 60g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons white or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
