Fun fact: interesting facts about the pancakes
Pancakes have a long history. They were probably already prepared in ancient times. Officially, however, the first pancake recipe was found in an old cookbook from 1439!
In the different regions of Germany, the classic pancakes are named differently. Usually they are also called pancakes, pancakes, pancakes or pancakes. In Austria, for example, they are known as Kaiserschmarrn. The American version is called pancakes. There, the popular pastry is shaped a little thicker and smaller and traditionally eaten with maple syrup. In Europe we like the pancakes fluffy and nice and thin, so we add more milk to the batter. Alternatively, you can use almond or soy milk for the diet pancakes. If you want to bake healthy diet pancakes, you have to do without refined tarts in the recipe. If you want the pastry to be sweet, use alternative sweeteners or bake fruit!
To fry your diet pancakes, you need a non-stick pan.
