- 396 g heavy whipping cream
- 3 tsp vanilla paste

Preparation:
- Pour the whipping cream into a medium-sized bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the whipping cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. This will take a little time, so be patient with it. As you mix, you’ll see the whipped cream begin to thicken. You’ll know the cream is ready when you lift the mixer out of the cream mixture and the peaks stand and don’t fall over.
- Once the cream is whipped, add the vanilla paste and powdered sugar. Beat on low speed until fully mixed.
- Place the custard in an airtight container, like mason jars, and refrigerate for two hours. Keep them in the fridge until ready to use.
- To make the sandwiches: Spread cream on the bottom of one cookie and glue a new one on top.
